Return of goods

Return:

We care that you are satisfied with your purchase! If the item does not fit or does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of receipt. In order for a return to be accepted, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with all original tags attached. Please note that items that do not have tags, are damaged, soiled or otherwise altered may not be accepted and returned to you at your expense.

Please carefully package the returned goods and do not overload the parcel locker. Goods that are improperly packaged or damaged during transportation may be considered to have lost their commercial appearance, and therefore the refund may not be approved.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Please note that we are not responsible for packages that are lost during return, so we recommend that you keep the shipping receipt with the tracking number - this will help you track the package and avoid misunderstandings.

Before sending a return, please email us at info@studioveyas.com , attach proof of purchase and provide the following information:

  • Order number
  • First name, last name
  • Phone number
  • Current account number
  • Bank name
  • Reason for return (if you are returning multiple items, please provide a reason for each)

Include a printed or handwritten return form with the same details in the shipment.

The funds will be transferred to the same account from which the payment was made. Please make sure that the bank account number provided is correct (20 characters).

  1. Email us at info@studioveyas.com , attach proof of purchase, and provide full return information.
  2. Prepare a return form (printed or handwritten) with all the necessary information.
  3. Place the form in the shipment and send the item to the specified address.

Damaged or lost packages

If you have received packages that are damaged, please contact us immediately by email at info@studioveyas.com and attach some photos so that we can assess the situation. After the order has been delivered to the correct address, we cannot be held responsible for shipments that are lost or stolen. If you notice that a shipment has been lost during transportation, please inform us as soon as possible by email.

Prices

All prices are in euros (EUR) and include 21% VAT.

Customs and local taxes

Depending on the country you are in, your order may be subject to import duties or local sales taxes. Some orders may take a while to clear customs. Unfortunately, we have no control over the amount of these duties or the delivery time. If you refuse to pay these duties, your order will be canceled and shipping and customs fees will not be refunded.

Refundable amounts

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, your payment will be refunded to the same payment method used for the purchase within 10 business days. The refund does not include any initial shipping charges or any import taxes that may apply.
